Tom Bernard is a finance professional with more than two decades of experience analyzing markets, taxation systems, and corporate economics. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science in Taxation, and dual undergraduate degrees from the University of California, Berkeley. Earlier in his career he worked in financial analysis, valuation, and market research, including roles at PwC and Arthur Andersen. Tom has also taught personal finance at City College of San Francisco. The Index of America reflects his long-standing interest in explaining how markets work and how disciplined investing can help individuals build long-term wealth.
